3Kicks album Balancing Act
« on: July 15, 2011, 01:40:21 PM »
3Kicks is a band containing 2 of my brothers, and as such I'm inherently biased, but I like it (and they have received good reviews).  The album was recorded live with Jim Warren (live sound mixer for Radiohead and Arcade Fire), and has a nice "raw" feel as a consequence.

OK, I know it's not exactly prog, but it is loud and summery!

Anyway, for your listening pleasure I present:

Very cool! Sounds like REM's Michael Stipe singing with the Foos. There's some really good stuff there. The future certainly looks bright for them! Thanks for posting the link.  :)

Thanks for the positive words.  Just got to get the music in front of the right people now!
