Ok, so the restaurant is booked and a deposit will shortly be paid, so here's what we need to do...

These are the people who said they were coming, I need you to let me know immediately if you won't be able to make it any more, or if you're missing from the list!

Secondly, once you are confirmed, I need your food order. I appreciate that you don't really know what you want to eat a week in advance but the sooner we can get this through to them, the less likely we are to have to wait around for hours to get fed on the night.
