Hi guests, come on down join the forum.
Things are warming up on the Frost* front, don't miss out.

Hang on, that would be de-Frost* and we're on re-Frost*

Things are cooling down on the Frost* front, no....last was this year

Frost* are Dr Who-ing.....there's regeneration afoot, or 3 feet

Did somebody say it was quiet on here this morning

The only thing that's warming up is the tea. Come have some.  :)

Okay, you pushed me into joining. I found Frost* a while back via some of The Dividing Line podcasts. They seemed to have a joy in their music that is missing from a lot of prog. I got into prog via Genesis' Nursery Cryme many years ago and later Pink Floyd. These days I've been listening to lots of Porcupine Tree along with all sorts of other music. I see Matt Stevens is on here. I've been following his progress for a while.

I dabble in a bit of music making, but nothing too exciting. I've been playing guitar for decades, but never really taken it anywhere. I've been making a few experiments with recording that you can find at http://soundcloud.com/steevc. Much of this has been inspired by the Six String Bliss podcast and forum. I've made a lot of friends there and we produce some collaborative albums.

I was very sorry not to get to the recent Frost* gig as I was too late in trying to get tickets. I'm hoping that the new album will lead to a proper tour. I follow Jem's blog and will be keeping an eye out for news.

Anyway, I'm here now and enjoy a good chat about music and stuff.

Mr Kyle

I figured i'd better post at least once before the end of this year... after being interrogated by many about my forum shirt at this years wunderbar AGM at our favorite house of progression. I've also created the account that i thought I already had, clearly i was mistaken! Or I had an account on the OLD forum... Either way, along with a lot of things i've decided that actually posting a few times on this site next year is a good thing to do, as i'm clearly missing out on a lot of good biscuits.

So, i'm Kyle, nice to meet you all. I try to play drums, and like most good englishmen, enjoy a custard cream or 3. I also wish Pedro would hurry up and make a playable Frost* level on LittleBigPlanet. - Get on it fine sir!  :P

Also, a belated Merry Xmas to my fellow Frost*ies.

welcome, steev and Kyle!!

Pedro

Hello Mr. Kyle and welcome to the board.
Thanks for the mention. I so wish I could get the time to pick up Little Big Planet again. It's on my to-do list but sadly it is in the section headed "when I can afford not to work any more".
I got LBP2 specifically to do more F*-related stuff but have hardly touched it since....so much potential.....so little time.
As soon as the fates allow, I'll be on it. :)
