Now, I know this must be old news to many here-  but...
The 2nd Urbane album (featuring - of course - our very own JM): Glitter is available for download from Play.com for the extraordinary price of £6.95.
And a very fine piece of work it is too :)
You can definitely hear where some of the influences for The Tall Ships come from  ;)

Thanks for the tip! My first introduction the prog's very own Swiss Army Knife was a couple of very good Urbane tracks on some very early Classic Rock sampler CDs, always meant to get around to further investigation and now I can!

i like this album. it's a really nice easy listen. Even your prog hating other half will probably like it.   ;)

It's a very good album indeed; very listenable.  Let's hope that the lads get cracking with the third album soon.
Innit.

I have to admit that I once saw The Urbane opening for King's X and I don't remember them at all... What's the best album to start with?
Keep prog alive - see it live!

Where could one purchase those two Urbane albums online or hear samples?

You talk
You think you own me
You miss the point completely
These things I do they\'re not for you
I\'m sick and I\'m tired
Leave me alone...
