Do we have an error budget?
Snowbound Genesis  4.34
3.55+3.12+12.21+3.10+3.11+3.53+3.45=30 mins plus 1minute 49 plus 53 seconds plus 45 seconds, so 33.27 from 45 = 11.33
leaves 6.49 (?) this was supposed to be fun, when did it run into hard sums?

How about listing it as "... leaving
  • seconds.

If your song is 4 mins 32 seconds, it is
(4 * 60) + 32 seconds            *yes, I know... order of operations and all that. Parentheses for clarity*
= 240 + 32
= 272 seconds.

45 minutes is 45 * 60 = 2700 seconds.
2700 - 272
= 2428 so

"... leaving 2428 seconds."

Or is that only simpler to a geek like me?  :/

Calm down, dear (RIP Mr Winner).

I think it was fine after I went back and added in Brom's track, which he'd posted while I was in the middle of posting my Mark Hollis track. DS just decided to rub salt in my wound ( :x  8-)  :D ) by talking about the error again when he posted that Aussie thing.

So, in my opinion, subtracting Snowbound from 11:33 left 6:59. Of course, I'm not about to go back and check the maths again and besides, I'm an astronomer, so it only has to be correct to the nearest order of magnitude. Thus, rather than second (ho ho) Rook's suggestion, I declare by fiat that we are now at:

Snowman - Frost*, 3:55, leaving 41:05
Winter Time - Steve Miller Band 3:12 leaving 37:53
Weather Three - Michael Gordon (Ensemble Resonanz) 12:21, leaving 25:32
