Seriously?! Nice to know we're hearing it first here on the forum but Google draws a blank elsewhere.  Who has dropped out?
I'm surprised but delighted if that is happening - Jem appears to have had something of a downer on the band recently and said on the DVD that appearing at Celebr8.2 was a mistake and a low point.
Pedro, even you replied to a query on the forum in October "I wouldn't hold your breath for Frost* at Celebr8.3, particularly so soon after their appearing at Celebr8.2 (admittedly only 9-fingeredly)."  :P

As far as I am aware nobody pulled out of the bill. Twang and Geoff have been having to wait to announce two acts. One being the headliner which we now know is Frost*.
The other they can't announce till the end of the month. Both were delayed due to legal/behind the scenes band managent stuff. Or maybe just to build up excitement!  ;)

But yes, I believe so; my annular solar cycle has been recognised by the bot previously, as I recall.
