'Tis the totally deranged GLaDOS from Portal, the brilliant game in which the phrase "The cake is a lie" was employed.

Essentially, it has now become a meme with a meaning along the lines of "you are being tricked by false promises of an unattainable prize", or somesuch.

That GLaDOS; she's completely nuts.
