Very happy to report that with a mountain of NHS equipment I'm being sent home. I'll still be tube fed and won't yet be able to start learning to talk but I'll be home!!

Reminds me of the time a friend of mine broke his arm mountain biking. He asked his GP if he'd be able to play the piano when the cast came off and he was told he could. 'Great' he replied, 'because I couldn't before!'  ;)
