I've done my own brexit.
I'm in Spain.......briefly.

Anyone in the UK has now ceased contact with the outside world because it no longer exists

Mikey, don't get too tanned or you may be mistaken for one of those Europeans coming over here to steal our homes, livelihoods etc* and not let in!!!!

* Hasten to add, these are not my views, but seemingly those of some of the people who voted to leave

As a 25 year old Scot, you can imagine how I'm feeling at the moment.

Didn't you know, we all went bankrupt and we're starving to death and unemployed. ... Oh no, that didn't happen did it, and most likely won't.
The pound crashed for all of a day.  Some folks who have more money than is good for them might start to get worried, especially the vacuous gravy train riders, and we may have to pay a bit extra to go on our hollidays. Other countries may not wish to sell us their produce, though why they would wish to make proffeit losses is a mystery to me. A lot of people will pannic for a while, and a lot of young misled people will hate the older ones for messing up their futures, forgetting the fact that if it weren't for some of those self same elders they might not have the chance to vote at all. Something which the ones who couldn't be arsed to vote might like to reflect on in the future. Polititions will continue to be revered and ridiculed in fairly equal measures. Just possibly we might start to treat the country a bit less like an open house, and you never know, we might actually open a few more factories and start making stuff in this country again.
But probably what will happen is that life will largely go on as before for quite some time. We might have to make some sacrifices which nobody ever wants to do these days, but hey, it probably won't be as bad as poudered egg and rickets. And we might .. we might just come out the other side with a bit of pride and something to show for it.

Or not. Or something. Or nothing. Lol

Congratulations to France who made it 5th richest country in the world thanks to UK and £ getting lower and lower.

Nah seriously I feel sorry for UK and all Europe and I am kind of happy I left before having to experience all this, but also I have to say terrified when I think about the future of UK but also Europe and the world.
I know especially about France that next presidential elections will be affected by upcoming events in UK so I try to keep myself as informed as possible (eh, I find it quite hard actually with this lost timezone I'm in, now !).

Good luck to all UK friends !
