Enjoy your time away, Hippo.  :)

Why can't someone be looking for a singing drummer in the North of England for once!

Noted.  ;)

Yes stupid o'clock!  Who is in bed asleep and who is sat on the computer because she can't sleep for 3 hrs and then be expected to be jolly for 8 hours? I shall stay awake until tomorrow night and be damned! well maybe a doze in the car

My daughter's recently-acquired guinea pig, which is very young- about 2 1/2 months old, we've been informed- just gave birth to four stillborn babies.

But on a lighter and brighter note, she's doing fine now; and on a much more personal, musical note: I had a meeting in Guildford with another older proggish guitarist (a "Howe" to my "Rabin" :D ) and we got on like...well... a Pavilion with its central heating set to a comfortable 72 degrees, designed and furnished by Mies van der Rohe, with a fresh pot of Sulawesi Kalossi brewing in the kitchen.

Other musicians still sought for bass etc.

And rog, I'll be sending you files in a few weeks, when we have some workable segments recorded.

Ah, see above.

Temporary temporal displacement thingy.

Oh, yes, and 555.

Most auspicious.

...that I met up with an old bandmate for the first time in a couple of years at the weekend.  Amongst some great (but rather neglected) guitars was a keyboard rack with his new toy, a Roland Fantom G8.    Jaw drops and I cry 'That's Jem's keyboard!!' (well, not literally obviously).  That didn't mean much to him as he's not (yet) a Frost* fan but he soon will be!  First time I've had a play of a G8 - nice!

But then things got better as, when getting some beers out of his garage, I noticed another synth, just standing there.  'Oh, yeah, that old thing.  Keep meaning to put that on eBay'.  A Roland Fantom X6.

I have it on loan presently but very shortly it will me mine - heh heh heh!  8-)   Already have the MIDI file for Hyperventilate 2008 and the BLM loop (with D-Beam cut-off filter naturally!) installed.  :D
Come on, you\'re a lion!

Mouse

You lucky bugger, DS!  :D  Meanwhile, I'd like to announce that I've bought some new shoes. I call them my ZZ Top-Blues-American-desert-arse-kicking shoes. I like them.  8-)

Crikey, chickens have a hard enough time laying eggs and they are quite small and smooth....

Carpet or wood?
