The support for this gig is Romain Thorel, he of Lazuli fame. Romain will be performing a solo set of his own material.

Really? What have the Romains ever done for us, eh?

heh

but their roads were pretty good.

Hey guys,

Been a while since I've been around these parts.

It's looking like I may be able to attend this. Think I'll be down in Woking visiting family, so ties in pretty perfectly for me.

A couple of questions for any locals:
How is the parking around the venue?

Or

Any Frosties in the Woking area able to pick up a stray Scotsman en route in return for beer tokens and many thanks?

My thoughts exactly!  ;)
That or the venue is too small to get all the cameras in that they want for both close-up band and audience shots.

First thing I thought was that in order to get nice band close ups, they'd need cameras/camera people  'in the way' of the band and therefore potentially compromising the set for the audience.
Hope that's the reason anyways

It's hard to think of what the drum kit may have done wrong in a past life to deserve that  :o

Aww, that's not fair. Everyone worked hard for that and was let down by hardware failure.

To a degree. But primarily inept management.
