As far as calling it official, I'd like to, but I really would need the green light from Jem. He's stated before that he didn't know what IRC was, so I figured the band is not about to create their own (they're more forum-going types, anyway.)

you need a chat client, like Adium for mac, and then plug in the info, and then it's a chat room.

You need an IRC-client. mIRC is a famous one for Win. Then you just connect via that client to with that information given. Chat-world

'Tis just as empty as it was the last several times I looked in there.  Perhaps a scheduled chat would ensure more Frost*ies in there at the same time.
