What's happened to the unicode encoding here recently?!

Looks like something's gotten messed up with unicode, a bad forum software or db upgrade, perhaps?

The server config is messed up maybe? It's serving pages as ISO-8859-1 rather than UTF-8... I can sort it on a page-by-page basic using Frefox's built-in "fix-char-set" tool, but not ideal.

There has been some backline stuff going on, but Hippo is on it!!

you might notice the Birthday Bot hasn't been very active lately, either; another victim at this point. 

Stuff is happening at the Frost*ie Discord, though!  ;D
