It's a joke, or more accurately, a pun.
So we go from "cow" to "beef" to "Moo" to "herd" to "udderwise" etc.
This kind of thing happens in these parts so don't worry, Geetar was getting all "jerky".... :)

Thanks guy's, for a second i thought i offended someone without knowing.  And i'm not a native speaker, so, some word jokes i don't get right away. I only know the one  of the tomato that was  slowed down. He replied :" oh..well....i'll ketchup"
