Always good to know what you are up against. I hope you can get that infection beaten real quick. Virtual grapes are attached. Hope you can find a way to pass the time. Is it time to write that bestseller? :)

wow!  best of luck, and yeah, it's good you know what it is, so now you can treat it.

Sad to hear you're ill, but happy to hear they've figured out why! Even if it must be horrible to be stuck in the hospital for such a long time, take comfort in the fact that they, at least, can do something about the underlying problem!
Looking forward to you haunting the forum with full force again! (:-)
I hope you feel better very soon!

Glad to hear the Docs found out what was going on.

8-) Sorry they're not edible. You could print them out, but I still wouldn't recommend eating them.

Best get well wishes to you Ghost. At least they're on to whats going on.

Good to hear that they've identified the problem. All the best for a speedy recovery mate. Reading the general madness on here can help you pass the time, I'm sure, and hopefully be a tonic at the same time.  :D

Good to hear they found something. and it's fixable!  :)
Sorry to hear you're not out of the woods yet but frankly I'm glad it's not something terrible (non fixable) disease!

Oh, and easter is highly overrated anyway!  ;)

Geetar

Best wishes for a speedy recovery, now you've got it diagnosed, and putting some substance back on. Can't have you fading away........

And I'm back! Somewhat...

I'm writing this from the hospital, from a terminal coveniently hanging above my bed. I've been released and I'm now waiting for my dad to come pick me up. I've had surgery yesterday and I'm without my gall blatter now, from which the doctors removed 38 stones in total. So, I'm done with being sick, all I need to do is recover from the surgery and I'll be as good as the old Ghost! :)

Sorry for being very quiet lately, but having to wait for surgery and not having any available painkillers wore me down quite nastily...

38 stones?

Crikey - that's not so much a gall bladder you had removed as a bag of gravel! Very best wishes for a speedy recovery.

I'm surprised you didn't rattle.
It's not the winning or even taking part. It's the arsing about that counts.

Mouse

38 stones, bloody hell...    Glad to hear it's all out now!  :)

Geetar

Ditto what Catherine, BBS and Mouse said.

Can you tie that to a stick and get some musical use out of it?
