Although, just to be clear, it ain't in the slightest bit contentious with me personally, to state the bleedin' obvious  .  Then again, I'm willing to bet tuppence-ha'penny that the great majority (perhaps even all?) of our fellow Frosties* are well-enough grounded to side with old Chas too, apart from when it comes to biscuits, some of which must clearly have been intelligently designed ...  :roll:

Don't worry about it, Mouse - I believe the forum has evolved somewhat, of late. We can even accommodate rationality, so long as it's only occasional and isolated.

I'm sorry too, Mouse; I didn't mean any serious criticism at all, just a semi-humorous comment about the juxtaposition of Darwin's startled-looking fizzog and the inherent dangers of poking the loons with a stick in public  

In fact, I think it's important not to be cowed by the possibility of turmoil when raising such subjects; an enforced shutdown of rational debate is precisely what they insist upon, hoping that a world of full of people living in isolated silos of mutual inconsistency will allow them to continue to follow their particular brand of self-delusion without reference to any external realities.

Indeed, I'd go so far as to repudiate any self-imposed censorship here: Frosties* (having shown themselves to be very open-minded musically) above all should be free to discuss anything and everything in an open, respectful, and mutually trustworthy manner. Although it does have a disconcerting habit of returning to biscuits quite frequently
