Hurrah!

I've finished mixing the live album. The CD version will be 9 tracks coming in at 77 minutes and 55 seconds. The DVD will contain the whole gig bar No Me No You which I sang like a tosser and doesn't deserve to ever be heard again and Pocket Sun which I'm leaving off to teach it a lesson. The Space/Time portal story will forever be imprisoned on the fROStFEST CD that we released earlier in the year so if you desire to hear it, you can still buy it from the website for a fiver. I think there's only a few left now too so don't say I didn't warn you or nuffink.

Sadly, due to time constraints, 1976 and the other tracks I had planned to include will now have to be left for a future release. I've run out of time basically if I want to get this thing out before Xmas. Sorry about that. They will live again another day, fret not.

And so, with TPE finally done and dusted, I shall now turn my attentions to preparations for the Esoteric Evening gigs. There'll be an announcement about a second gig in Birmingham shortly.

Pip pip!

Hurrah indeed!

Shame about the other tracks being left off but ho-hum only so many hours in the day.

Any idea of release dates and prices yet?

Time constraints on the disc, or time constraints as in there are only 24 hours in a day? Sorry to hear that 1976 and friends (1977, 1978, 1979, all important years to me  :D ) will not be there, but now you've promised us they'll be along later, expect endless nagging ...  8-)

In any case, looking forward to TPE before Crimbo.

I'm sure Santa's elves will be very relieved, and will be able to shelve their backup plan of recording their own version.

Oooh! You do love to keep us in suspenders!

It's great to know that amongst the socks & hankies that constitute a Dad's Xmas haul there'll be a little shining gem of Frost*ie goodness waiting for me.
Even if I have to buy the bugger for myself.

I wonder how long I can get away with hiding in the office with my headphones on for....

Splendid news on TPE.  I look forward to the as yet unheard studio tracks whenever they decide to appear.
...and I can feel the world is turning...turn around

I'll opt for a "Hooray!" for this one. Added to the Christmas list!  :D

Airlie Frost

wonderful, it means I dont have to get socks and hankies again for crimbo  :D
the clue is in the question?

I was looking forward to 1976 but oh well. Who knows maybe they'll be better off
on a separate release anyway. I will probably stamp off into a corner and cry but
but it's not the end of the world.  A beer and a biscuit is all I'll need to make me stop ;)

and I'm halfway through having a pint as we speak.

Strangely enough I don't think this is a bad idea I always wondered why jem doesn't release these tracks as an ep, they would certainly help swell the coffers and could go towards financing the next cd  now jem has parted company with inside out.

I'd agree - put them out as an ep, or maybe even a series of downloads (one a month from January??) to buy some more time after Xmas.

Oh and I'm talking paid downloads here folks  ;)

An EP please, its been long enough! We'll be waiting till May for the last one lol. Get them out in one sexy lump and I think the excitements been building for so long we'll all be veryhappy to pay handsomely for it =)

Also it fills the gap a bit =)

Mooncat

My main thought in making it a 'download by month' is to allow Jem to spread the additional work required over a few months rather than having to do it all in one go (which as he's already alluded to, is the reason they're not going to appear on TPE)

I would rather see it all in one go too, but we need to appreciate that Jem has other 'stuff' with which he has to juggle Frost* activity (unless we clone him........................) 8-)

I say Jem should release 'em whenever - and however he feels like.
