Mmm... Toblerone milkshake might go down well. There's a place in Brum called Cookieshake that'll make you a milkshake with whatever chocolate bar or sweeties you want. Fruit Pastilles, anyone?

The Kinder Bueno one is utterly awesome. 8-)

Mouse

I had a nice Milky Way milkshake at GuilFest. The coffee one was horrid.

Talking of interesting beverages, I think I'll have to add some Tactical Nuclear Penguin to my Christmas list!
(See the lastest blog for details!) ;)

Even though it is not the correct spelling, I still bought these today purely because of the name (being bogoff sealed the deal)

I have to recommend to anybody who goes for one of those 'anything you like' milkshakes that the Jammie Dodger is both excellent and surprising in a milkshake. Jelly beans, however, VERY disappointing =(

Drarok

The Double Decker one doesn't work very well, I'm sad to report. :(

The nougat goes rock hard in the ice cream and won't blend.

catherine

Are these home-made milkshakes, or commercially available ones?

Pedro

I know it is probably not in the same league but that well known high street purveyor of warm poultry also does things called "Krushem"s and the Malteser one was quite nice.

I don't know if you've seen one catherine but there've been a load of milkshake bars open the last couple of years in some places (Liverpool is rammed with them), they basically have an enormous menu of generally quite bad things (sweets, chocolate bars, cakes, although they usually have fruit options) and you just pick one and they shove it in a blender with some ice, milk and ice cream and charge you for the privelege! So they are commercially available but really if you've got a fairly decent blender you should be able to make the same thing for a fraction of the price. Just sometimes a little irresistable lol.

Another recommendation of mine is apple pie  :D

Drarok

The one in Brum uses those Blend-tec blenders of "Will It Blend?" fame.

It was the reason I first went into one *nerd* lol. Then I had to keep going back to see if it really could blend anything

catherine

I want a glowstick milkshake!

wickedwitch

i heartily recommend the ginger cake one. to die for. costs a stupid amount though!  I have a vitamix at home so i make my own!
