With Pedro on this. My experience of modern companies is regardless of their policies and the shite that comes out of their mouths staff are lower than the lowest and are to be shat on and forced into their place at every opportunity. The less they know of your plans the less prepared they will be. They will undoubtedly use anything against you they can in an effort to discredit you or diminish your case. I would be inclined to give them as little info up front as you possibly can.
